Brewed with premium Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo and Omachi from Okayama, this Tokubetsu Junmai features a signature soft golden-amber color and a well-rounded, full-bodied flavor profile. Fermented with Kobo No. 9, it offers a beautifully balanced acidity and a dry finish. Remarkably versatile, its deep umami holds up exceptionally well whether served chilled, at room temperature, or gently warmed.
