Food Pairing & Enjoyment
Serve chilled in a white wine glass to best enjoy its subtle aromatics. Its clean acidity makes it an outstanding match for Singapore's rich, savory, and lightly spiced dishes:
・Hainanese Chicken Rice: The clean acidity cuts through the richness of poached chicken and fragrant rice, cleansing the palate after every bite.
・Chilli Crab / Black Pepper Crab: Complements the delicate sweetness of fresh mud crab meat while softening the spicy heat.
・Steamed Fish with Soy & Ginger: Enhances the natural umami and delicate texture of steamed seafood without overpowering it.
・Grilled Otah-Otah & Satay: Pairs wonderfully with light charcoal smokiness and fragrant Southeast Asian herbs.
