Product Description

A Japanese Citrus Soy Sauce (Ponzu) made with rare Ainan Gold (Kawachi Bankan) citrus from Ehime, Japan. Containing over 40% citrus juice, it offers a refreshing aroma, mild acidity, and a subtle bitterness that create a refined and well-balanced flavor. Perfect for hot pot, shabu-shabu, grilled meat, seafood, salads, and many other dishes.

Ingredients: Ainan Gold citrus (Ehime, Japan), soy sauce (contains soybean and wheat), vinegar, bonito stock, kelp stock, fermented seasoning, sugar, and salt.

Note: Natural citrus peel may settle at the bottom of the bottle. Shake well before use.

Storage: Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume as soon as possible.
